Conclusion

EasyPay instant payments have proven themselves positively, so the popularity of the complex is growing, it is used by citizens of other countries, including Russia. The convenience of paying bills, goods and services makes EasyPay practical and accessible from anywhere with an internet connection.

Easypay is the first electronic currency of the Republic of Belarus. This system has become a pioneer in the implementation of electronic transfers using the Internet and SMS. It was born in 2004 thanks to Belgazprombank Open Joint Stock Company and Open Contact Limited Liability Company. Attempts to create this payment system were made back in 2002 by the aforementioned bank. To start the full-fledged work of the service, not only a technical base was required, but also a legislative one, with which at that time it was problematic in Belarus.

The decision in favor of electronic money was made only in 2003. The system uses the Belarusian ruble as a settlement unit. First of all, the Easypay system is most convenient for Belarusian citizens, but citizens of other countries can also get an Easypay wallet. Initially, Easypay was supposed to become an alternative to WebMoney, whose activities in those days on the territory of Belarus were not entirely legal. To date, these are competing electronic money systems.

The service provides the following options for withdrawing money:

Easypay e-wallet security

The security of the Easypay system has some very significant advantages over other systems. Moreover, the service has some unique ways to secure the cash flow of Easypay wallet holders. Analogues of such security measures are not observed in other electronic money systems. One method uses "one-time control codes". Their role
comes down, as it were, to an additional password for each operation. The purpose of these codes is to increase the level of security in financial transactions. Each time you use a password to enter the system or make a transaction, the system additionally asks you to enter one of these codes. This method really increases the level of account security. When registering, the system issues a reusable code use, a kind of PIN-code. But if the user wants to use additional one-time codes, then for an additional fee he receives a card with such codes. Used code cannot be reused.

Hello, dear readers of the blog site. Today I want to continue the review, which are more or less popular and used in Runet. Earlier, I focused mainly on Russia, because I myself am a citizen of this country, but the Runet has a much larger geography, so today I want to devote a little time to describing the possibilities Belarusian EasyPay .

In my opinion, EasyPay is closest to and with the only difference that they are focused on customers from different countries - Belarus and Russia, respectively. There are fewer negative reviews on working with than the Russian counterpart, but there are somewhat less profitable commissions for transfers and withdrawals, however, depositing money (not in all cases) and paying for goods and services in Easy Pay (as in RBC Money) performed without commission.

EasyPay - why Belarusian money is better than others

In general, the Republic of Belarus turned out to be overlooked by the international one, which did not include this country in any of its three lists (Paypal does have discrimination on a territorial basis). Therefore, the Belarusians did not have the opportunity to officially work with them, although it was possible to indicate that they were Russians.

Another thing is that there is an alternative international payment system, which does not distinguish between citizens of different countries and allows you to make transfers around the world, pay for goods and withdraw money earned in other countries, including residents of Belarus, to plastic cards. And there is also one that allows you to work with it completely anonymously and does not bother with the origin of the funds transferred through it.

Electronic money EasyPay is primarily focused specifically on Belarus, although a non-resident of this country can register in it. The system was created to implement the simplest ways to pay for goods in online stores, utility bills, replenish mobile phone accounts, etc. operations.

Under certain conditions, no commission will be charged for depositing and paying for goods and services, but a withdrawal of funds or a transfer to another EasyPay wallet is subject to a commission (1.5% and 2% percent, respectively). All calculations are done in Belarusian rubles.

It is noteworthy that, unlike the international systems already mentioned just above, it allows you to officially exchange your electronic units for, etc.

In addition, EasyPay, in order to increase the security of working with your electronic wallet, offers unprecedented way to protect. In any case, I've never seen anything like this before.

  1. Firstly, account management can be done either by logging into the EasyPay.by website (work is carried out with SSL encryption enabled) by entering a username and password (after three incorrect entries, the account will be blocked for one hour), or it will be possible to manage it by sending SMS (at the usual rate of your mobile operator).
  2. Secondly, confirmation of each payment in Easy Pay can be carried out either using the reusable control code issued to you during registration (four digits), or using a card with list of one-time codes confirmation (purchased separately and costs 2100 Belarusian rubles for 30 one-time control codes).

    It is the second option that allows you to carry out the highest degree of protection of the transfer to Easypay, because it will not be possible to find out or calculate in any way the next one-time code written on your card. This protection method is so reliable that it has been used for a very long time when encrypting messages of special national importance.

    The principle of operation is based on the fact that you are sold a card with 30 control codes, an exact copy of which is also stored in the bowels of the system. You use these codes in sequence to confirm your payments, and the last one is used to activate the next card.

Wallets in EasyPay have four degrees of gradation, which allows you to realize different possibilities and have different upper limits on operations:

  1. Simple - allows you only pay for goods and services from this list, but to receive it, you will not even need to fill in the fields with personal information.
  2. Simple+ - in addition to paying for goods and services, it will also allow you to replenish your EasyPay account from other electronic systems (with the exception of Yandex.Money), but for this you will have to fill in the fields with your personal data.
  3. Personal - will also allow you to withdraw funds to other payment systems, and transfer them to other wallets within the system (however, to receive this type of wallet, you will have to indicate and confirm your cell number).
  4. Well, if you need to realize the maximum opportunities in EasyPay, then start a Certified wallet, which significantly increases the limits of cash flow, but requires physical confirmation and signing of an agreement, which may seem inconvenient to many.

This payment system has existed for quite a long time (since 2004) and its owner (and creator) is the Belarusian bank Belgazprombank (hence the analogy with RBC money). Therefore, all methods of replenishing an Easy Pay account through this bank (at its cash desks or from its plastic card) are not subject to commission. The same can be said about replenishment through the post offices of Belarus (commission 0%).

You can view all other ways to deposit money into your account and the commission charged for this on this page (including from your mobile account). The ability to replenish from other electronic payment systems (except for some reason Paypal and Yandex.Money) will only appear for you starting with the Simple+ wallet.

Money from EasyPay.by will be possible withdraw (cash out) only in Belarusian rubles and only in Belgazprombank bank (in cash or on a credit card) and at the same time a commission of 2% will be withheld from you, well, or you can exchange this electronic money for WebMoney, Yandex.Money, RBK Money, MoneyMail, etc. However, the conclusion and EasyPay exchange will be possible only for Personal and Certified wallets.

The exchange will be carried out through Roboxchange.com, which will inevitably entail additional costs. EasyPay account can be linked to your WebMoney wallet and carry out quick and easy exchange operations for WMR, WMZ and other title units.

Registering and opening a wallet in EasyPay

So, to register in Easy Pay, you will need to go through here. On the page that opens, you will need to select the country of which you are a citizen, as well as indicate your E-mail and go through the captcha:

Then you agree to the terms and click on the "Submit Application" button. A letter will be sent to the specified E-mail, where you will need to click on the link "Confirmation of registration", and on the page that opens, open your password data in Easy Pay and a reusable control code:

The information provided will allow you get the following features:

  1. Login and password — enter the system website and get access to your wallet data
  2. Greeting - understand that you are on the official EasyPay website, and not on a phishing one (a scammer's resource that exactly copies the appearance of the original one), where you will not see this greeting, respectively. A very interesting solution that allows you to significantly increase the security of working with money by generating a unique phrase for each user.
  3. Reusable control code - with the help of it you can confirm all your money transactions in the system. But to get an order of magnitude higher degree of security, it would be better not to spare a small amount of Belarusian rubles and buy a card with 30 one-time codes.

You will need to save this data in a safe place, and preferably not on your computer. I did not cover up the passwords shown in the screenshot, because this is just my EasyPay demo account, on which money will never be placed.

To complete the registration process, click on the link below "Proceed to wallet activation". Here you will be prompted for the first time to enter a username and password to enter.

It is noteworthy that in order to protect against keyloggers (special virus programs that allow you to record the characters typed on the keyboard and extract passwords from them), you will have the opportunity to use virtual keyboard(in general, the problem is now very relevant):

Well, for the final activation of the electronic wallet, you will also need to enter the reusable control code you received earlier (four numbers):

You will be informed about the success of the activation operation and will be strongly advised to fill in personal data in order to avoid losing access to your EasyPay account and the inability to restore this access (you will lose money, in other words, and you will not be able to prove that it is really yours, which is a general trend in all payments):

In general, this payment system allows you to decide for yourself the dilemma of what is more important for you - anonymity or guaranteed access to their funds in case of any force majeure. You will need to enter quite a lot of personal data and, of course, they must be true, because when you restore access, you may be required, for example, to present a scan of your passport:

When logging into your account on the EasyPay website, pay attention to the greeting, which should be individual for each user:

All operations will be available to you on the "Wallet" tab, and I think that it makes no sense to describe all this in detail:

The Easy Pay system made a purely positive impression on me - well-thought-out security, a pleasant and not overloaded interface, good reviews about the work of the technical support service. If the commission on all transactions were also 0% (as it is now done in Rbk money), then everything would be perfect in general.

Good luck to you! See you soon on the blog pages site

EasyPay is the official Belarusian electronic payment system designed for quick settlements via the Internet. EasyPay is the brainchild of the provider Open Contact LLC and Belgazprombank OJSC, and the circulation of electronic money carried out using this system is regulated by the Resolution of the Board of the National Bank of the Republic of Belarus. Since 2004, both citizens of Belarus and any other citizens can use EasyPay services: everyone can open a wallet in the system - there are no discriminatory restrictions on the rules for using its services. True, age restrictions are stipulated for users under 18: without the participation of their legal representatives, they will not be able to operate with electronic money. The currency of EasyPay is the full-fledged Belarusian ruble.

On the Internet, the site of the system is located at . The impressions of the site are the most positive: a lot of information, easy navigation, everything is “sorted out”, there is a detailed one. You can start your wallet in a couple of minutes, and you don’t even need to enter personal data. True, it is stipulated that if problems arise without certain data about its owner, it will be almost impossible to restore the wallet, and there are also some restrictions for anonymous users in terms of cash withdrawal and unlimited access to all system features. It is gratifying that no additional, even the smallest, programs need to be installed on the computer either: all operations are carried out either through the site or by sending SMS from a mobile phone. The system has seriously approached solving the security issues of its clients' funds, therefore it inspires confidence. You can even use a special card for greater reliability, entering a new code each time you conduct an operation, but you will have to pay for it.

You can put money in your wallet in different ways: using the cash desks of Belarusian banks, or the services of Belarusian post offices, as well as using Internet banking, a Belgazprombank plastic card, via SMS, transfer from other electronic payment systems. For some reason, the site indicates that the payment process can take a considerable time - up to 1 banking day when replenishing via mail, but in practice the money comes pretty quickly. You can withdraw funds only through any branch of Belgazprombank (in this case, you will have to pay a commission of two percent of the withdrawn amount) or to a plastic card. Users of the system can transfer money from wallet to wallet within the system both while on the site and using a special SMS service, but the latter option is available only to subscribers of Belarusian mobile operators. By the way, you can also start an electronic wallet in EasyPay directly from your mobile phone! I am also glad that you can buy other electronic currencies with EasyPay - MoneyMail, WebMoney, RBK Money, Yandex.Money, etc. If you wish, you can link your EasyPay wallet to your wallet in the WebMoney system: how to do this is described in detail and shown in pictures on the site systems.

Like any electronic payment system, EasyPay is very convenient for making payments on the Internet for goods purchased at auctions and online stores in Belarus, for paying for and services of mobile operators. With EasyPay, you can buy computer games, tickets, domains, you can use them to repay loans and even pay for the same utilities, mobile communications, Internet, and so on in Russia.

There are many connected to EasyPay, and this is really very convenient: store owners are guaranteed against the tricks of scammers with irrevocable payments, they are provided with technical support and advice. At the same time, they will not be able to get confused when working with the system: the administrative interface, through which payments for goods are controlled, invoices are issued, payments are accepted and messages are sent to customers at any time of the day, is simplified as much as possible. In order to work with the system, you just need to conduct legal business activities, have a bank account and place the store's website on one of the paid hostings. Also, this electronic payment system is very picky about the information that the store reports about itself and its products. In particular, the following are mandatory:

  • placement of reference and contact information about the country, the actual and legal address of the store, the region of service;
  • indication of telephone numbers for contacting the support service, e-mail "and for sending electronic messages;
  • a complete description of the goods sold, their characteristics and consumer properties on the store's website is possible, so that incomplete information about the product does not serve as a reason for the return of the payment made;
  • clear and detailed instructions on how purchases are made in the store, how the ordered goods can be paid for;
  • comprehensive information about the delivery of goods.

All this is necessary to reduce to zero possible claims for the return of payments already made.

The EasyPay system can interact with online stores via the SOAP protocol or through the light version, for which the store only needs an electronic key issued by the system upon connection and the presence of Perl or PHP on its hosting. A pleasant surprise is that the connection to the system is absolutely free.

As for the shortcomings of this rather young electronic payment system, they include the limitation of the maximum amount of one transfer, a relatively large percentage for replenishing an account from a card or terminal, as well as for transferring money within the system. So while the system is undergoing formation, it is convenient to use it only for the residents of Belarus.
