After you downloaded and installed The Bat, at the first startup, the utility you need to configure it for the service that you use. It can be any of them: Gmail, Yandex, Mail.Ru, ukr.net or any other.

Now an important point. You must select the correct protocol to access the server used. Below you need to specify the server for mailing and the SMTP server address. Be sure to check the ticks opposite the "Secure Connection" items.

Depending on what kind of service you operate, the settings will differ. In the first section, where you need to select the protocol, as a rule, is utilized either POP3 or IMAP4. The fields below are filled very simple. If you are using Mail.Ru, then as the first and second servers, specify pop.mail.ru and smtp.mail.ru. In case you have chosen the IMAP4 protocol, the first field should look like this: imap.mail.ru. Also, do not forget to mark the bird's "My SMTP server requires authentication".
