but. The coast of Eastern Thailand is washed by the waters of the Gulf of Thailand. It stretches from the mouth of the Menam-Chao-Phraya river to the border with Cambodia (cm. Cambodia); it is distinguished by many coves hidden in the coastal cliffs and beautiful beaches fringed with palm trees. This region is very rich in natural resources. The production of rice and rubber, fishing and horticulture, and the extraction of precious stones are well developed here.
There is also one of the largest trade ports in Southeast Asia - Lem Chabang, and a number of "export production zones" - free economic zones in which such giants of the industry as Michelin, Mitsubishi, Ford "," General Motors "and others. There are also oil refineries that receive oil from the port through pipelines from terminals that receive oil tankers. All these enterprises were built taking into account environmental requirements, and this neighborhood practically does not affect the resort area. The nature of the coast of the Gulf of Thailand is very picturesque. There are several national parks with tropical forests and waterfalls, and uninhabited islands in the calm waters of the Gulf of Thailand. On the coast there are fishing villages.
The east coast is home to most of the seaside resorts, including the most famous resort in Thailand - Pattaya (cm. Pattaya)... The resorts here are very different and for every taste. Rayong - with calm beaches and measured relaxation. Koh Samet Island with coral reefs and clear waters is ideal for snorkeling and fishing enthusiasts. Bangsaen is a city 100 km southeast of Bangkok. The closest resort to the capital. Cool palm tree alleys separate Bangsaen's crescent beach from bungalow complexes and modern hotels. Trat is a city near the border with Cambodia. The administrative center of the province of Trat.
Ko Chang National Marine Park (Ko Chang) is a group of 52 islands located along the Cambodian-Thai border, about 340 km east of Bangkok. The park is famous for its coral reefs, waterfalls and beaches. The largest island - Ko Chang (about 30 km long and 18 wide) is the second largest island in Thailand (after Phuket). The highest point of the island is Khao Jom Pisat (744 m above sea level). The waters surrounding the island have a wide variety of hard and soft corals and fish. There are many large and clean beaches along the west coast of the island. The island itself is covered with tropical forest by 60% and predisposes outdoor activities, hiking in the mountains, to waterfalls, swimming in rivers and the sea. Koh Chang Island is a new developing resort in Thailand.
Chanthaburi is a sapphire mining center. The largest Christian church in Thailand is located here, and there are many beautiful gardens around the city. Khao Khitchakut and Namtok Phlui National Parks with beautiful waterfalls are located in the vicinity of the city. Rayong is a city 570 km from Bangkok. A young resort southeast of Pattaya. The administrative center of Rayong province. This fashionable and exclusive resort with calm beaches and measured relaxation is quite solid and rich. There are many hotels and bungalows here. It is preferred by those who are tired of the noisy Pattaya. Majestic mountains covered with forests, picturesque plains, plantations of rubber and fruit trees - magnificent nature and beautiful beaches attract travelers here. Rayong's beaches are considered one of the most beautiful in Thailand, and they are also very quiet and calm. Especially famous is Hatsaitong Beach - a beach of golden sand. In Rayong, the famous nam pla sauce is made for fish, which is also known as nuok nam sauce.
The tiny islet of Koh Samet, only 6 km long, is located southwest of Rayong. Fresh water is delivered to the island by sea. It is one of the most beautiful islands in Thailand. This tiny islet is bordered by 15 coves with stunning beaches, dazzling coral reefs and calm waters ideal for snorkeling and diving. The Hat Sai Kao beach is especially famous: white sand and rustle of shady palms. It is especially lively here on weekends, when a lot of young people arrive, and all hotels are usually filled to capacity. In 1981, Samet Island was declared a national park, then closed and reopened in 1992. Long-tailed macaques, iguanas and more than 20 bird species can be seen in the park. The local gecko is called a tokay, it can reach 35 cm. The distance to the village of Samet on the island is 6.5 km by sea. Here, the deep province and the local population do not welcome women in bikinis and nudists. There is a constant threat of malaria on Koh Samet. At the slightest suspicion, you should contact a special malaria clinic (Malaria Clinic).
Not far from Pattaya is the fishing village of Si Racha, known for preparing some of the most delicious seafood dishes according to old Thai recipes. Here is the unique Si Racha Tiger Zoo, home to about 100 tigers. Here you can hold newborn tiger cubs in your hands and feed them with milk, see tigers on the playground, and watch how tiger cubs born in the zoo are fed by pigs. It is also home to one of the largest crocodile farms. In the period from May to August, tourists are shown the fantastic spectacle of the birth of crocodiles. You can open an egg with a newborn crocodile with your own hands. Bang Cape (Bang Sare) is a small fishing village south of Pattaya. A very convenient place for hunting sharks, marlin, king mackerel, tuna and other inhabitants of the Gulf of Thailand.
Not far from the coast of Pattaya are the coral Lan Islands, famous for their clear water and amazing coral reefs. From Pattaya you can get here by boat. Small, mostly uninhabited, islets are ideal for boat trips. Lan, the largest of the three, is located 8 km from the city's waterfront. There are simple hotels on the main island of this ridge. You just need to bring along plenty of water and food. White sand and crystal clear water, through which you can see coral reefs, which, it seems, can be touched by the hand, since the feeling of depth is lost, all this will provide an opportunity to have a great rest and get an unforgettable experience.

Cyril and Methodius Encyclopedia of Tourism. 2008 .

The east coast of Thailand, stretching for 500 km from the mouth of the Chao Phraya River to the border with Cambodia, is covered with beaches and resorts all year round. The pride of the coast is Pattaya, where the best beaches in the Kingdom are located. For those who prefer a traditional holiday, there is a rich selection of quiet corners on the sandy beaches of Rayong, stretching along the coast and on islands such as Ko Samet and some of the Ko Chang archipelago.

Besides the variety of beaches, the East Coast has the advantage of being close to Bangkok. Pattaya is less than two hours from Bangkok on the modern highway. Easy access to other resorts. But it is not only the beaches that have gained popularity in this place. The East Coast boasts several excellent international class golf courses, making the area desirable for golfers as well as sun, sea and sandy beaches.

The pearl of the east coast

Pattaya is a phenomenon. From a tiny fishing village, it has turned into a resort of international importance, which is rightfully called the "Pearl of the East Coast"

Bright and cheerful, Pattaya is unmatched among the resorts in Southeast Asia. Day and night, she brings you an ever-changing kaleidoscope of fun and excitement.

Overlooking a wide bay and endless beaches, Pattaya, refined over the past three decades, boasts the unique title of Resort in city status. Pattaya has something for everyone. While most resorts take advantage of the charm of the surrounding nature, Pattaya tries to piece together all the possibilities to achieve the ultimate goal. The main thing is still its wonderful geographical position on the coast, plus everything that together makes up an ideal vacation - entertainment, attractions and fun.

In fact, Pattaya can be exactly what you want it to be. It is so rich and varied that it is an ideal destination for a completely different kind of visitors. Here you can find a lot of interesting things for children, there is also everything you need for lovers of sports and outdoor activities and for people of all ages who prefer a relaxing holiday on the beach.

It's easy to get here

Located 145 km southeast of Bangkok, Pattaya, you can come for one day from the capital. But for most visitors, captivated by its diversity, even a week's stay does not seem long.

Getting to Pattaya is very easy. City buses leave for Pattaya several times a day from Bangkok Ekamai Station, and private buses can pick you up right from your hotel. You can also go to Pattaya directly from Don Muang Airport by taxi or limousine. If you go from Bangkok on the fast Bang Na-Trat highway, the road to Pattaya will take only two hours, or even less.

Since U-Tapau Airport is located near Pattaya, you can fly here from Europe and from the countries of the region. Already being in Pattaya, you can ride mini buses from one beach to another, the drivers will drop you off wherever you want. There are also many places where you can rent a jeep or motorcycle. Most hotels have both their own taxis and special counters where you can book an excursion to the suburbs of Pattaya and the islands.

Hotel selection

In keeping with its motto "provide everything for everyone", Pattaya offers an impressive selection of different hotels to suit all tastes and wallets. Luxury hotels located on the beaches and on the top of the cliffs will offer you a choice of services at the level of the capital's hotels, and in small hotels and bungalows you will always find coziness and comfort for a modest fee.

In addition to great rooms, luxury hotels also provide a rich selection of restaurants serving traditional Thai dishes, seafood, European and other cuisines. Cocktail bars, discos and nightclubs will not let you get bored in the evenings.

Almost all hotels have swimming pools, and the main resorts and beaches also have tennis courts, gyms, saunas and other entertainment.

Proving by example that business can be successfully combined with pleasure, Pattaya is an ideal venue for international conventions, conferences and seminars. Some large hotels are fully equipped for meetings and receptions for a thousand or more people; and even in small hotels one can find conditions for business meetings. Also, they deserve praise not only for their luxurious decoration, but also for the high quality of equipment for audio-video presentations and other events, such as conferences.

All the joys under the sun

Pattaya takes advantage of all the possibilities of its sandy beaches by the warm sparkling sea and the sun all year round. There are excellent opportunities for water sports - sailing, windsurfing, water skiing, swimming, scuba diving, deep sea fishing. On the beach, you will also find a rich choice between tennis, badminton, motorbike and go-kart racing, shooting, skittles and billiards.

For sports, there is not only the necessary equipment and conditions, but also instructors. For example, for beginner scuba divers there is a special weekly course, after which you will be given a special certificate. Also, instructors are always by your side, ready to teach you the art of windsurfing.

A golf lover's paradise

Thailand is rapidly gaining a well-deserved reputation as a golf lover's paradise. The best golf courses in the country are located near Pattaya. After a little drive away from Pattaya, you find yourself in a wonderful country of golf. Clubs such as Bang Pha International Golf Club, Panya Resort, Siam Country Club, Bang Pa-Kong Riverside Country Club offer excellent 18-hole and 72-hole courses. The same great facilities await you in the newly opened clubs: Green Valley Country Club91, Phoenix Golf & Country Club, Eastern Star Golf & Country Club.

Traveling golf enthusiasts will surely learn the immense pleasure of playing at all of these world-class golf courses; here you can enjoy not only the game, but also the magnificent nature. On top of that, there are excellent service staff and excellent club service.

Discovery of the islands

Here you can enjoy idyllic cruises to various islands. After sailing from Pattaya by boat, in 45 minutes you will moor to the nearest islands of Ko Lang and Ko Sak, equipped with everything you need for a wonderful holiday. And the clear sea waters are ideal for divers and scuba divers.

Sailing further out to sea, you will discover new islands, for example Ko Samet, which can be reached from both Rayong and Pattaya. Not as well-known as Pattaya, they still offer you idyllic beautiful natural landscapes. Rayong province also contains the islands of Ko Man Nok, Ko Kai and Ko Man Vichai; which can be reached from Pattaya. They will attract the attention of those who like to walk on the beaten track.

Attractions around Pattaya

Of the interesting sights, I would like to highlight the famous Wat Yannasangwararan, located near Chomten. Dedicated to His Majesty the King, this new Buddhist chrome delights with a mixture of architectural styles. The main building of the temple is a modern interpretation of classical Thai design, while numerous smaller structures have been built in styles typical of various countries of the East and West, surrounding the temple, adding natural beauty and tranquility.

Botanical Gardens, Luna Water Parks, an open-air museum and colorful walkways are the visual contrasts and appeal of Pattaya.

Of the other attractions, I would like to draw your attention to those where there is something to see and where to have fun. These are the Elephant Village and Mini Siam (with "Mini Europe") - parks where you will see models of famous architectural monuments; Park of Stones; Crocodile farm; water sports and entertainment center - Ocean Park; and Chomtien Fish Park; and the folklore village of Nong Nooch - nowhere will you or your family members get bored.

Besides what can be enjoyed all year round, there are also seasonal festivals in Pattaya. The annual festival, which takes place in April and lasts for a whole week, is a vibrant kaleidoscope of impressions and entertainment that immerses you in the atmosphere of a fun carnival.

After dark

Due to its "urban status", Pattaya, unlike other beach resorts, does not slow down the pace of life after sunset. The evenings are as full of life and fun as the daytime. In the evenings, there is a rich choice between fine dining, entertainment and shopping.

Excellent restaurants can be found everywhere in Pattaya; they are as varied in design as in the menu. The most favorite, of course, are fresh and juicy seafood, although visitors can taste whatever their heart desires here: from Thai and classical Chinese cuisine to various European dishes.

After dinner, you can go to an outdoor bar, nightclub, cabaret or disco. The center of nightlife is South Pattaya, known as the Strip; but if this place is too frank and noisy for someone's tastes, then there are always places where you can have fun and relax.

You can also go shopping in the evening, most of which close quite late. Here, lovers and lovers of shopping, we can advise you to pay attention to traditional Thai things, such as silk, precious stones, jewelry, ready-made clothes, handicrafts and much, much more.

Exploring the East Coast

Pattaya offers you the widest choice of entertainment and recreation, great hotels, but, of course, this is not the only resort on the East Coast. There are so many attractive places to go for a day out from Pattaya, or just spend your vacation there.

To the north is the old resort town of Bang Saen, which is very popular with Bangkok residents. Here, not far from the beach, there is a magnificent aquarium of the Center for Marine Science. Nearby is the Ocean Voryad water park; a few kilometers from this park, you can admire the wildlife at the Khao Kyu Open Zoo. Both places attract the attention of visitors with children and provide excellent opportunities for family holidays outside Pattaya.

To the south is Rayong, where several magnificent hotels have recently been built on the most picturesque seaside. In the same area, there are many quiet small coves and fishing villages with picturesque markets that are a must-see. This place is not as well equipped as Pattaya, so lovers of a quiet holiday on the seashore are better off here.

Moving further southeast, you arrive in the provinces of Chanthaburi and Trat, famous for their green hills and fertile valleys, where a variety of fruits and vegetables are grown. The most famous of Thailand's fruits - datura, mangosteen and rambutan - also grow in this picturesque place from May to September. For this, the province of Chanthaburi is also called the "province of gardens", where tourists who are tired of the beach can come on an excursion.

And now I need to say a few words about the second largest island in Thailand, after Phuket - Koh Chang - which is famous for the wooded hills and wonderful beaches of the islands. Ko Chash, together with the adjacent islands, has only recently begun to attract the attention of tourists. Here you can stay in cozy and comfortable bungalows to enjoy the perfection of the tropical nature.

Planning your trip

You can talk endlessly about the variety of beauties and attractions of the East Coast, which offers you three different worlds - the seaside, the historic surroundings and the cities. With such a wealth of choice, you can plan your trip according to your wishes - enjoyment and entertainment in Pattaya, relaxation and sunbathing on wonderful beaches, trips to islands with tropical vegetation, outdoor activities with golfing, scuba diving, yachting. Or you can simply combine the sun, sea and sandy beaches with interesting excursions.

Although the East Coast can be taken on a day trip from Bangkok, it is still better to leave at least one week for this place to experience and enjoy one of the most intriguing corners of Thailand.

Thailand. Pattaya and the east coast.

The Kingdom of Thailand is one of the most hospitable countries in the world. Having been here once, I want to come back again and again. East Thailand is considered one of the smallest regions in the country. Besides being rich in natural resources, it also offers good conditions for a tourist holiday. The best bays and beaches are located within it, where you can safely spend not a single day.

There are many resorts within eastern Thailand that can even be considered for an extended holiday. Each of them has certain characteristics, some will be an excellent option for youth recreation, while others are suitable for a secluded pastime. Consider the resorts of the east coast in detail.

Pattaya

The most famous resort is Pattaya, which is 150 kilometers away from Bangkok. Many people dream of getting here. In Pattaya, you can find beaches, hotels for every taste and budget, a variety of entertainment, excellent shopping centers for shopping, interesting places and attractions that can diversify any vacation. The resort will also be appreciated by lovers of active pastime; almost all types of water sports are represented here. The nightlife is also rich and varied. Fishing connoisseurs can visit the village of Bang Sare, where they organize hunting for various inhabitants of the Gulf of Thailand.

Rayong

Rayong is also close to Bangkok, making it quick and inexpensive to get to. The entire province consists of 7 districts, the capital in the city of the same name - Rayong. In terms of tourism, the resort has been developing since the 80s of the twentieth century. The province is proud of its sandy beaches, which stretch for 100 kilometers along the Gulf of Thailand.

Valuable thermal springs are located within Rayong, the waters of which are used for spa treatments. Due to the fact that there is a coral reef near the coast, the resort is considered an excellent place for diving.

Koh Chang Island

Ko Chang is one of the largest islands in Thailand, it is here that untouched nature is still preserved. The name of the island is translated as "elephant", which in turn is considered the sacred animal of the country. Much of Ko Chang is covered in tropical jungle, and some of the beaches remain wild. Only 20% of the total area of the island is built up. Here are quite comfortable hotels, excellent restaurants, bars and discos. Despite this, Koh Chang is great for a relaxing family holiday.

Samet Island

Also, the Rayong resort is not deprived of attractions, but there are much fewer of them here than in Pattaya and its environs. Read about in my separate article.

Of the islands in the eastern part of the Thai Kingdom, only Koh Chang has attractions. There are not very many of them, but there is something to see. I described it in a separate article. The rest of the islands are more suitable for a beach holiday, there are practically no interesting places there.

Sea and beaches

The eastern part of Thailand is washed by the waters of the Gulf of Thailand, which in turn belongs to the South China Sea. As for the beaches, they differ significantly depending on the resort. The coastline of Pattaya is long, but the sea does not please with transparency and cleanliness.

If you want to find azure sea and white beaches, then you should go to the islands. The most famous in this area are Ko Samet, Ko Chang, Ko Kood and Ko Mak. They are ready to offer you the best beaches.

The water temperature in the Gulf of Thailand allows swimming in it throughout the year. In the high season, the sea often warms up to +30 degrees Celsius. During the rainy season, temperatures drop slightly and waves rise on the sea. The clarity of the water also differs depending on the season. During the rainy season, the water in the bay becomes cloudy due to constant waves and winds.

Airports

There are only two airports in the eastern part of Thailand. U-Tapao is located at a naval base between Pattaya and Rayong. It has international status and works with airlines such as Bangkok Airways and Air Asia. From the airport you can fly to China, Malaysia, Singapore, Vietnam. Phuket, Koh Samui and Chiang Mai are the most popular inland destinations. During the high season, the airport receives flights from some cities of Russia, in particular from Siberia. The infrastructure of the complex is not very developed, nevertheless, there are cafes, shops, and a duty-free zone on its territory.

The second airport in the east of the country is located near the city of Trat. It is small, it began to function only in 2002. Works with the airline - Bangkok Airways, which operates flights to the capital. Fly no more than one hour. The airport is convenient for those planning to visit islands such as Chang, Kood, Mak or Wai. There is a pier next to it, from where ferries depart in the desired direction.

East Thailand on the map

On this map, I have marked the main resorts of the eastern part of the Kingdom.

East Thailand is an interesting place in terms of tourism. Due to the abundance of various resorts, absolutely everyone will find a vacation here to their liking. The biggest advantage is that all tourist spots are located relatively close to Bangkok. Prices for tourist services in the eastern part of the country are much lower, especially when compared with the south of the Kingdom.

The northern region of Thailand is bordered by Burma (Myanmar) and Laos and is characterized by forested mountains that form the beginning of the Himalayas and fertile river valleys. Northern Thailand is part of the legendary Golden Triangle, the cradle of Thai civilization, where the first independent Thai states emerged centuries ago. In 1238, the first truly independent Thai kingdom of Sukhothai was formed and during which the Thai alphabet was created and from where traditional Thai art originates.

The uniqueness of Northern Thailand in picturesque mountain landscapes, in forests inhabited by herds of elephants, in vibrant national holidays, in a refreshing Cool Season, in ancient cities, in Thai and Burmese temples, and of course in the friendliness of the Thai people.

Sukhothai is located 427 kilometers north of Bangkok. Famous for the massive monolithic images of Buvda, towering over the ruins of the walls of the old city. Of particular interest are the Wat Mahathat and War Si Chum temples with a large seated Buddha statue, the distance between the knees of which is more than 11 meters.

The north of Thailand is interesting for those tourists who want to get to know the "non-beach" Thailand. Temple architecture, ancient ruins are vividly represented here, the whole air is permeated with history. Prices here are lower in comparison with other regions of the country. People are more shy and reserved. A double room (shower, air conditioning) in an excellent guesthouse near the center will cost $ 15.

Phitsanulok is located 60 kilometers north of Sukhothai. Famous for the temples of Phra Si Rattana Maha That (Wat Phra Si Rattana Maha That), the place of worship of the statue of Buddha Phra Buddha Chinarat, cast in 1357 and is the most beautiful Buddha statue in Thailand.

Si Satchanalai is located 55 kilometers north of Sukhothai. It was the ancient residence of the royal governor and is famous for the majestic ruins of the temples of Wat Chang Lorn and Wat Chedi Chet Thaeo.

Lampang is located 600 kilometers north of Bangkok. The only provincial center in Thailand, which still uses horse-drawn carriages. Lampang is also famous for several Burmese-style temples such as Wat Phra Keo Don Tao and War Si Chum and the majestic War Lampang Luang temple and Thailand's largest nature reserve. elephants.

Lamphun is located 670 kilometers from Bangkok. Famous for beautiful women, lavish gardens and the impressive Wat Phra That Hariphun-chai, a classic example of northern temple architecture.

Nakhon Ratchasima is located 259 kilometers from Bangkok and is the gateway to I-San. 56 kilometers to the north-east of the city is the town of Phimai (RY-mai), where a stone temple castle of the XI century is located. It is a fine example of classical Khmer architecture built outside Cambodia. The complex is surrounded by stone walls, the length of which is 250-280 meters. An ancient road connected the complex with the capital of the Khmer state, Angkor. Other main attractions of the I-San plateau are: Khon Kaen, a university campus 450 kilometers from Bangkok, located in the center of the I-San plateau. It is also famous for the production of soft silk Mat Mi (Mat Mi Silk).

Hat Yai is located 933 kilometers from Bangkok. Major commercial, communications and entertainment hub in southern Thailand. This city is visited with pleasure by tourists, especially from neighboring Malaysia.

Phatthalung, 35 kilometers from Hat Yai, is famous for the Talay Noi Nok Nam bird sanctuary, which adjoins Songkhla Lake.

Trang, 65 kilometers to the south, is famous for the Khao Choog National Reserve, home to the most beautiful waterfalls in southern Thailand.

There are several provinces on the East Coast: Trat, Chantburi and Rayong. Along the entire coast, our gaze will see the amazing beauty of white beaches, which harmoniously coexist with rocky islands near the border with Cambodia. What is important and interesting, but the export industry is quite widely developed in this region, because such world giants as Michelin, General Motors, Mitsubishi and Ford have located their production facilities on the territory of the region. But it is also worth noting that this does not in any way affect the nature and attitude of the region. Of course, the main point of tourism on the East Coast is the famous city of Pattaya, but this is not the only place where you can wonderfully relax and gain strength in Thailand. We decided to introduce you to all the interesting resorts on the East Coast of Thailand.

Pattaya.

Many will agree with the opinion that you can talk about it endlessly, because this particular corner of the earth is for many tourists one of the most mysterious places on earth. After all, this small town miraculously combines on its territory the pristine beauty of the surrounding nature, and all the modern benefits of civilization. Renting a boat with a Thai guide, you will plunge into contemplation of the luxurious nature of the coast and the surrounding islands. At your request, the boat will moor to any chosen shore, and then only your imagination will guide you. Whether you will dive into the turquoise sea waters, sunbathe on the beach, get acquainted with the peculiarities of the landscape and representatives of the flora and fauna of this island depends only on you.

Undoubtedly, he gained most of his popularity among young people. After all, the fame of his luxurious "night" life thunders all over the world. Rumor has it that Pattaya begins to live in full force only at night. On every corner you can dine in a fine restaurant, each of which will amaze you with its variety of dishes and drinks on offer. Then everything is again only your choice, you will be offered entertainment in various clubs, strip bars, and other places of entertainment. The fair sex should pay attention to the fact that shopping in Pattaya is no less widespread than in Europe. Thai silk products and their jewelry will delight you with their quality and unique design. The buzz of Pattaya at night dies down only in the late morning, and the city returns to its measured course.

But do not forget that he does not specialize only in the entertainment field. Tourists who like to get acquainted with local sights will also be offered a lot of interesting things.

In its vehicle fleet there are about 40 exclusive collectible models of world car brands.
  • Stonehenge. It is a model of the famous megalithic structure located in England.

Also one of the most visited attractions in Pattaya is Mini Siam. It is a complex of mini-copies of all the attractions of Pattaya. Officially "Mini Siam" is divided into 2 thematic zones: Mini Siam and Mini Europe. This attraction was built in 1986, by decision of the city government, as they believed that Pattaya's attractions are not very convenient for tourists to visit.

It is also recommended to visit the Temple of Truth when visiting the East Coast. The attraction is nothing more than a wooden temple in the park. Its construction began in 1981 and has not been completed to this day. A distinctive feature of the temple is its walls, which are decorated with countless wooden sculptures and compositions on religious and mythological themes.

Bang Saen.

If you have a desire to take a break from the hustle and bustle of Pattaya's bustling life, then welcome to Bang Saen. This calm town will distract you from the ubiquitous bustle of the resort and transfer you to a more measured and harmonious provincial life. Bang Saen is generally very popular, especially among the people of Bangkok. They love to spend their free time there, indulging in simple entertainment. Among the advantages of the town, it is worth noting that on its territory there are quite decent hotels that are not frightening with their prices, excellent beaches with clear water and beautiful surrounding nature, and quiet calm restaurants that will delight you with their delicious and inexpensive cuisine.

Rayong.

Rayong has all the qualities of being an exclusive resort. Only one moment, that untouched beaches stretch across its territory for many kilometers, speaks volumes. Rayong will delight you with many quiet fishing villages and calm, insanely beautiful coves. We advise you to definitely visit the traditional Thai markets, where you will find a lot of unique in their beauty and performance souvenirs, fresh seafood and much more.

This area will pleasantly surprise you with its uncrowded beaches with the purest white sand and azure waters. Diving enthusiasts will also find something to do, as the coral reefs of Rayong are endlessly beautiful and varied. From the sights you will be able to the island of Samet. No wonder Samet is called the most beautiful island in all of Thailand, because its 15 bays with stunning nature and excellent beaches will not leave indifferent any person who has visited its vastness.

Koh Chang Island.

The island is located on the east coast of the Gulf of Thailand. It is the second largest island in Thailand after. The island has not yet been filled with tourists, therefore its nature can be called virgin and untouched by man. Many tourists who visited this island gave it the name "The Last Paradise Island". It really lacks many of the charms of modern civilization, but if you come on vacation in order to relax not only your body, but also your soul, then you should definitely visit Chang. On its territory there are huge beaches with pristine clean sand, which are gently touched by the beautiful blue sea waters. The diversity of the island's flora and fauna will also delight you. There are many activities on the island: scuba diving, elephant trekking, visiting Buddha temples and much more. Also, your attention will be offered cozy and inexpensive restaurants, which are spread throughout the island, in the vicinity of cute fishing villages.
